MEETING OF THE TOWN OF PHILIPSBURG GOVERNMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE

April 2nd, 2025.  TOWN HALL, 6 P.M.

 

AGENDA:

1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Introduction of GRC Members to the Public (if significant new members of the public are present).

3. Receive Public Comment and Questions within the jurisdiction of the Study Commission.

4. Review and Approve Minutes from Prior Meeting.

Unfinished Business:

1. Review information supplied by the Town and Ex Officio:

   1. FY 24/25 Budget

   2. Town Organization Chart

2. Review Draft Survey / Questionnaire.

 

New Business:

1. Clarification of Regular versus Special Meetings.  All Regular meetings where GRC business is conducted will be at Town Hall.  Any Special meeting where a Quorum of the GRC is present will be limited to Community Outreach to educate the public and answer questions.  No business of the GRC will be conducted. 

2. Review and Discuss Educational Handout regarding the Six Forms of Government.

3. Discuss Agenda Items for the next meeting.

4. Establish Date, Time and Place of Next Meeting.
